When Should I Do This Course?

To get the most of this course, I would encourage you to do The Baby Chapter online course in pregnancy. The topics covered start from immediately after birth so doing this in pregnancy means you get maximum use of all the knowledge in the course.

Equally, there is plenty of content that you can use for the first 6 months of newborn and post natal life. Many new Mums spend their evenings watching, or recapping, through the videos with a sleeping baby on them.

The course is yours forever, so if you start in pregnancy you can recap as many times as you need between preparing for your newborn in pregnancy and going through life with your baby.

About Beth

Hi I’m Beth! I’m a midwife in the UK, mother of 4 and all round birth nerd.

I started The Bump to Baby Chapter, with the aim of fully preparing Mums-to-be to have a calm birth in ALL birth situations. Free from judgement and full of empowerment. Due to popular demand from those mothers who I helped through birth with The Birth Chapter, I created The Baby Chapter. The ethos of no judgement & knowledge is power continues through to motherhood, where I want new parents to feel confident, less overwhelmed and supported.

I had my first child at 19, and continued to build my family having 3 more children. Having been fortunate enough to have been through the post  natal and newborn phase 4 times, I know all to well the challenges that can come with it. From my own experiences and from being fully involved with the pregnant and new parent community, the one thing that I want mothers to know is that they are not alone. I want to have your back through this wonderful, magic yet overwhelming time.

    Lizzie

I've signed up to the baby course as I was so impressed with the bump course and wanted to learn more once my little girl was born.
    Thank you so much!!

    Helen

I wish I had this with my previous 2 babies. It would have saved me a lot of time on Google!

    Jamie

I am loving The Baby Chapter course. This is my second baby and I cannot believe how much I’ve still learnt, many tips that would have seriously helped me first time! I love that the course is presented by a qualified midwife, and then a host of other experts!

    Frankie

I started the online post natal course when my baby was 13 weeks old, a bit dubious as I knew that a large chunk of the course wouldn’t apply to me. How wrong was I!! The sleep section is worth it’s weight in gold. It made an instant difference to my baby’s sleep. Plus, the videos for me and my mum bod I have started too.

    Esme

I have completed both the birth course and the baby course. I’m yet to have my baby, but I definitely feel a lot more confident about both. I’m going to keep referring to the videos too when baby comes along! I feel a lot more confident

    Lily

We are working through the Baby Chapter course and so far been a life saver with all the different scenarios that you come across while in hospital & bringing baby home. So pleased we purchased it and best of we can keep going back to the videos to re-watch them whenever we need too!

    Sarah

The course for when the baby is actually here has proven to be invaluable, because I’ve found I was super prepared for the birth, but what then? It has really good information about how to feed your baby, sleep and beyond. I cannot recommend both courses more!

    Helen

I purchased both the Birth and the Baby Chapter and would recommend them to anyone. The videos are short and so easy to fit around a hectic schedule and more importantly are packed with information and tips to make labour and those first few months easier. More than worth the money!

    Katy

If there’s only one think you do to prepare for your baby journey, enrolling on this course should be it! The Baby Chapter course has been very reassuring and insightful and I’m so glad that I chose this course. A must have for new Mums.

  • Frequently

    Asked Questions

Should I do this online course as well as in person antenatal classes (either NHS, private ones or The Bump to Baby Chapter group classes)?

Many of the topics covered in this course won't be covered in antenatal classes. We are very fortunate with the set up of the online course as it means that we can put in lots of relevant information without the time limits that group antenatal classes.

Plus, you get to keep this course with you forever, so when your baby is here you can use this online course to refer back to as many times as you need. So for any topics that may be duplicated from your group classes, you can use this online course as a refresher for any information that you may need to pull on in those early, sleep deprived days.

Is a post natal online course right for me?

The online post natal and baby course is right for you if you're expecting a baby! Whether it is your 1st, 2nd or 3rd baby. Every baby is different, I learnt new things about colic, reflux, sleeping, weaning and pelvic floor health after my 4th baby.

Why is the course only £39?

Knowledge can make all the difference to your experience as a new parent. I wanted to make this knowledge accessible to all. Which is why I have priced the course at the insanely low £39. The content and community is easily worth 10x this but you can get it all for just £39.

How do I use the course?

You’ll get lifetime access to our online courses, so you can watch the videos all in one go, split them over a few days or weeks, and revisit them as many times as you need. You can watch on any device, from your smartphone to Smart TV. You can also listen to the videos like a podcast, rather than watch if you prefer.

Why should I do The Bump to Baby Chapter post natal and baby online over other courses ?

We value the importance of up to date, current and relevant information over here, which is why those who are experts in their field have been included in this course to give you all that they know about their specialist topic.

You get access to our Facebook The Baby Chapter Online Group, where the course just keeps on giving in the form of Q&As. So if you have anything that you are unsure of in the course or want to ask a more specific question, you can add it in the group for answers from our in-house experts or even put it to the group of mamas. They say it takes a village to raise a baby, this is your online village.
