Bump Barre and Hypnobirthing

TICKETS £45 – spaces strictly limited.

For all pregnant mothers in Cheltenham and Gloucestershire, come and spend a Sunday afternoon with us for a barre, exercise class followed by an introduction to the wonders of hypnobirthing.

You leave with invaluable tools to assist you with a calm and positive childbirth. All skills can then be practised at home leading up to your baby’s birthday. There will be plenty of time to quiz us about all your qualms and quibbles on hypnobirthing- think it’s just for hippies, then think again! Hypnobirthing mums have been shown to experience more confident, calm and positive births. Part of hypnobirthing is learning ways of how your body accommodates childbirth. Understanding what is happening to your body enables you to build confidence in your body and it’s ability to give birth.

Gain confidence in what you can do to workout and ask fellow expectant mama Lottie Keble-Wyatt what exercises are safe and unsafe during each trimester. Lottie will lead an hour of barre fitness specially designed for bumps to help strengthen the muscles needed to support a growing baby and your pregnancy progresses.
As this is just an introduction into hypnobirthing only pregnant women are able to attend (sorry guys!). Although if you like the introduction and want to know more, you can enrol on a full course with The Bump to Baby Chapter.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this blooming scrummy face of Abbie and Liam’s new baby boy. This couple came to both antenatal class and hypnobirthing with us. Liam has openly raved about the classes over on his Instagram @farmertofather . Not sure if it’s the info, us or the bar 🍻 but either way I love that he’s loved them! Here’s what he said on his baby announcement.... ❤️❤️
“Introducing baby Raife.
Born on the 15th at 6.34pm anybody want to guess the weight?
Abbie absolutely bossed two days of labour and made it such a lovely unforgettable experience. I couldn’t be any happier or prouder. .
Ended in a c-section but a big thanks to Beth @thebumptobabychapter for the tools she gave us. We both stayed calm, relaxed and still able to laugh throughout so a big thanks there. Seeing friendly faces from attending antenatal courses made it an even more enjoyable experience. Like I said before I’d recommend them to any couple. ** Apologies in advance for any baby spam that may follow ** “
